What we collect, and why

• Your email and first name — to deliver the certificate and the receipt. Lawful basis: performance of the contract.
• The recipient’s name and your dedication line — to produce the certificate you ordered. This is personal data about the recipient, who may not be the buyer; we use it solely to produce and deliver the certificate, we do not contact the recipient, and we do not use it for marketing.
• A postal address — only when you order the Excellence Package, and only to post it.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; card numbers never touch our server.
• Your consent record — the fact and time you accepted the terms at checkout, kept as evidence of the sale’s basis.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the shop (your cart, your checkout session). Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner; declining changes nothing about how the shop works.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. You (and the certificate’s recipient) may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data by contacting us; erasure of the dedication register entry is honoured on request from the recipient. Complaints may be directed to the ICO.
